BIRTHDAY DANCE

Mr. W. Miller’s home, in Green Lane was gay with streamers and balloons on Saturday evening, when a party was held in honour of Mr. Geoff. Miller’s birthday. Confetti and all kinds of amusing favours added a carnival touch. Mrs. Miller received her guests in a gown of pink beaded crepe de chine. The spot competition was won by Miss B. Griffiths and Mr. B. Skeels. Among those present were: The Misses L. Skeels. E. Cole, E. Sessions, C. Lambert. N. McShane. M. Hawken. T. Spragge, A. Totman, W. Clinton. B. Griffiths and R. Tye, Messrs. G. Miller, R. Miller, B. Skeels, S. Hawken, J. McShane, R. Tabuteaux, J. Hewson. K. Gunn, H. Newcombe and Slyfield.
