RAILWAY CHANGE

NEW OFFICER APPOINTED MR. E. P. MOIR’S POSITION The appointment is announced of Mr. E. P. Moir, of Wellington, to the position of Traffic Assistant to the Divisional Superintend* ent, Mr. E. Casey, at Auckland. A message published earlier in the week stated that Mr. H. C. Guiness, of Christchurch, was to take the position, but this was not correct. Mr. Moir is replacing Mr. H. A. Penn, who has gone to Christchurch as District Traffic Manager. He was formerly secretary of the recently disbanded Railway Board.
