HON. W. NOSWORTHY’S PORTFOLIOS SUCCESSOR NOT IN SIGHT (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The Hon. Mr. Nosworthy, who is going to Canada next week, returns from the South to-morrow morning, and goes on to Auckland on Sundayevening, so that he will not be in the House again this session. Distribution of the Cabinet responsibilities held by Mr. Nosworthy has not yet been finally arranged, though the Hon. F. J. Rolleston took the Tojgrist report, and the Hon. J. A. Young some business concerning the Legislative Department in the House. The main interests, however, are those of the Post and Telegraphs, Immigration and External Affairs Departments. Possibly these will be allocated at a Cabinet meeting to-morrow morning.
