OLYMPIC HURDLER HURT
FOOT BADLY INJURED NEW ZEALANDERS ALL FIT (United P.A.—By Telegraph — -Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) Reed. 9.5 a.m. AMSTERDAM, Wed The Australian hurdler, Watson, while training, stepped in a rut and crashed through a hurdle, badly injuring his foot. A London message says the New Zealand Olympic representatives are all fit and well. The athletes and the manager, Mr. Amos, leave for Amsterdam on Thursday, where they will share an hotel with the British and Australian representatives. The New Zealand swimmers will follow on July 31, and the boxers on August 4.
