SEQUEL TO ACCIDENT (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. Arising out of an accident in London Street last October, when several persons were injured in a collision between a bus and a motor-lorry, Mrs. Lettice Fenton, in the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Blair, sought to recover £550 damages from Buses, Ltd., for injuries received. Ronald Brown, carrier, Frankton, was joined as a defendant. Mrs. Fenton was a passenger in the bus. •The case is proceeding.
