UPSETS GIG AND OCCUPANTS ST. PATRICK’S DAY EXPLOIT (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. A fine of £ 5 and costs was imposed on Patrick McMahon, of Hamilton East, in the Magistrate’s Court this morning, for dangerous driving in Norton Road, Frankton, on St. Patrick’s Hay. The police stated that defendant was driving along the road erratically, and collided with a gig, upsetting the occupants and causing much damage. The case was undefended.
