DEDRO PRONTO, who by virtue of the high opinion formed of his capabilities by the Dominion adjustors, was one of the eligibles for the 1927 ’New Zealand Trotting Cup, has returned to Australia, and may not be asked to race again. The Don Pronto horse’s best performance in God’s Own Country was put up at Canterbury Park fixture on New Year’s Day, 1925, when he won the Canterbury Cup in 4.29 1-5, defeating a classy field.
