G.O.C. MOVE TO SELL BUSES
ACTION AGAINST COUNCIL Seeking to compel the City Council j to take over the G.O.C. buses and ! plant engaged on the Avondale, New Lynn, and Glen Eden runs, at a valu- t ation of £35.455, the Mount Eden; Omnibus Company (Mr. Meredith and ; M r - Armstead) continued their action I yesterday against the Auckland Citv Council (Mr. Johnston and Mr. Stan- I ton).
His "Honour Mr. Justice Herdman presided, and associated with him were the Hon. E. W. Alison (assessor for the company) and Mr. G. R. Hutchinson (assessor for the City Council).
At the conclusion of the evidence yesterday legal argument was heard from Mr. Stanton and Mr. Meredith. His Honour adjourned the case for decision on Monday.
