NGARUAWAHIA FINANCE
The* capital value of the borough of Ngaruawahia has increased from £169,575 to £226,000, while the unimproved value has been reduced from £72,702 to £59,800. The council at its meeting last night struck a rate of 10}d in the £ as against 10 11.-16 d last year. It was also able to reduce the annual sanitary service charge from £2 to £1 12s 6d.
