Briand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who are visiting London from to-morrow until Thursday. The arrangements include a State banquet at Buckingham Palace, a dinner at the Foreign Office, and luncheon at the Guildhall. M. Doumergue will receive the degree of Doctor of Laws at Oxford on Tuesday. ■ Newspapers publish welcomes in [ French and the diplomatic correspondents attach great importance to M.
