Breach of Prohibition Order. —ln the Waihi Magistrate’s Court yesterday, C. H Binnie was charged with a breach of his prohibition order. This was the second offence within a month, but as the court recognised that the wife and children would have to suffer, lie was lined 30s and costs. _ -
