CONTEST AT TE AWAMUTU (From Our Own Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU, To-day. A team from Te Kuiti essayed to obtain possession of the coveted Kir.R Country Cup from Te Awamutu Club on Saturday, but without success. The following are the scores. Te Kuiti players being mentioned firs: in each instance: Henderson, Fitzer, Boles and Julian (skip), 25, v. Ross, McMillan, Gee and Metcalfe (skip), 21. McEwan, McLeod, Holah, and Smith (skip), 12. v. Henderson, Smith, F. Bowden, and W. J. North (skip), 30. In addition to the match games thro rinks visited Te Awamutu for an interclub match, which proved most enjo\able and which resulted:— Shearer, Schu maker, O’Connell anJ Harris (skip), 21, v.
