The Toll Bmdoe.—During the past few weeks, we notice that Mr. Wdffiam--Bon has made a very necessary Improvement in his toll bridge. Another handrail has been placed upon it, and it has been extra fastened all through. It is' now a firm, safe, and solid structure, whereas, before these improvements were made it was not at all safe for persons to cross it by night, for it used to spring so, that if a person did not hold on by the rail they stood a chance of falling over the raillesa side. Now, however, horsemen might ride across it with safety. The Weather. During the past week the weather has taken quite a change. Some very fine showers of rain have fallen, but they have caused the atmosphor to become somewhat sultry, which has not been at all conducive to good health, if we go by the complaints that have come to our cars.
