The majority of Norwegian Cabinet Ministers are on holiday, but the Foreign Minister, Mr. Koht, said to-day regarding Leon Trotsky: “The present Government of Norway will maintain the principle of asylum. We will not yet ourselves be subdued in such matters by anyone.”
