First Act To Lay Wreath On Cenotaph.

' Jordan’s first act after taking over the High Commissionership of New Zealand at London to-day was to lay a wreath on the Cenotaph on behalf of the Parliament and the people of New Zealand. The staff of New Zealand House last night farewelled Sir James Parr and welcomed Mr. Jordan, who conveyed greetings from the Prime Minister of New Zealand, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage.
