CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DELEGATES. No Accommodation Available At New Plymouth. WELCOME ARRANGEMENTS. | i}J - r | By chaucg, a yisit to {Stratford by f/6 Chamber of Commerce members from different parts of the British Empire has been made necessary for Friday, | October 23.

The party is taking part in the tour of New Zealand being made after the Empire Congress at Wellington. Owing to the fact that the New Zealand golf championships will be in progress there at the time, there will be no hotel accommodation available for the party when they visit New Plymouth. Accordingly it has been arranged for the party to be brought at Stratford at 6 o’clock in the evening. A letter to this effect was received from the New Zealand Associated Chambers of Commerce by the Stratford Chamber of Commerce last night. It was left in the hands of the chairman, Mr. W. Hoskin, to consult with the Mayor with regard to arranging a suitable welcome for the visitors.
