Magistrate’s Game Of Skill Finding.

Dublin, April 20. At a Speciai Court in Strabane, before Mr A. Gallagher, J.P., D.L., David Adams, Belfast, and John Green, Derry, were charged by Constable Jamieson, Strabane, with playing a game of cbanco, to wit, the three-card trick. Mr Gallagher asked defendants to, demonstrate the grape, and they having dono so he decided tfiat it was a game of skill. He ordered defendants tc leave the town within an hour.
