Justice Fahy said he had seldom heard of such an outrageous a /■. proceeding and it would serve the defendant right if he sent her before a jury to give her explanation, but there was something in Mr Brennan’s contention and informations would be refused. Jackson was now thrown back oh the civil remedy if he cared to pursue the matter. . ‘‘Perhaps it was a limiting escapade,*’ the Justice added.
