Following are the detailed figures: Registered but not eligible or not placed on relief after November 23, 1825 (December 21, 1737); receiving rationed relief work under scheme No. 5,19,61 C (18,844); receiving sustenance without work, 14,544 (15,072); totals, 35.971 (35,653). These figures do not include come thousands of men working full time in industry subsidised by the board
