BILLIARDS CHAMPIONS Press Sydney Jan. 2. Clark McConachy, New Zealand billiards player, interviewed on his arrival by Ihe Cathay from London, said people in England were tiring of ahvays seeing the same leading billiards players in action and Lindrum, McConachy,.Davis and Newman were ceasing to arouse interest. There, was need of new players, yet it was difficult to find them. McConachy, who is en route to New Zealand for fishing, accompanied by his wife, will return to, Australia, in March for matches.
