The British United Press Vatican City correspondent says Germany, besides ratifying the concordat, pledged herself to carry out the Papal memorandum insisting on no racial discrimination against Jews who are baptised into Christianity. The memorandum also demands that Jews be treated humanely in accordance with the principles of Christian charity.
