Campbell, Conservator of the Auckland Forestry District, and two members of the committee appointed under the provisions W the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, accompanied, by. Samuel. M.P., returned last night from Whangamata, wher£<ja conference Was held with the local Settlers’ Association on the question of land suitable for small farms, but now being used for afforestation.
