After the matter bad been fully discussed the following resolution was c.^- ; "d: "That this association has everv confidence in the appointment boards, who pli-ill appoint referees for all competition matches, their appointmo"+«; final." McDownll: Thursday A R*>v. j. A. Rvhurn: Oounake. Mr. R. Hughes: Wednesdn-r, Messrs. A. Jackson and G. A. R. McKoy. A motion of sympathy with Mr. H. C. Johnson. Stratford, in the death of hi" brother was carried. Symnatbv in his illness was oxpressed with Mr. Saunders. New Plymouth, and wishes for bis speedy recovery were expressed.
