MANY IMPORTANT PROBLEMS TO BE DISCUSSED Sun Service GENEVA, July 20—The League o-f Nations Council’s Economic Commission, which is entrusted with the task cf organising the forthcoming W rid Economic Conference, met today for the first time. It is stated that the question of America’s participation in the conference formed the subject of discussion. According to available information the agenda cf the World Conference comprises the following items: (1) Currency and credit policy. (2) Circulation of bills of exchange. (2) Price levels. (4) Circulation of capital. (5) Improvement of methods of production and export, especi. ally regarding tariff policy. (6) Quotas. (71 Industrial combines. The conference will pay special attention to reducing dfficu'jlties attendant on exchange and transfer.
