E, Borah, chairman of the For. eign Affairs Committee of the United States Senate, will shortly deliver on tha subject of reparations and war debts will be broadcast to Europe Was received here with much interest. The Gorman Press points out that Borah, who is considered one of the most influential politicians iA America, has since the Lausanne Conference not yet defined his attitude in regard to the all important world debt problem. It is generally anticipated that Se nator Borah will, in his speech, ad. vocate the revision of war debt agreements subject to the simultaneous reduction of armaments, and will also reiterate his eft repeated demand for the revision of the Versailles Treaty.
