HUNTER WILL CASE

WELLINGTON, July 20.— Delivering judgment in the case of Cyril Paul Hunter v. Edith May Hunter and another, four members of the Appeal Court who heard this case wore unanimous that the appeal should he allowed and probate granted to the appellant Cyril Paul Hunter, the executor named in the will of the late Sir George Hunter dated August 1, 1921.
