THE Conference delegates from Britain, India, South Africa, Rhodesia and Northern Ireland arrived this morningPractically all members of the Cabinet were at the station, the Prime Minister, Mr. Bennett, boarding the train to speak with Mr. Baldwin. The station meeting was informal, the delegations proceeding through a smiling clapping crowd to their hotel.
