FLOOD WATERS RECEDE
CONDITIONS IN ARDLETHAN SYDNEY, March 20. The flood waters at Ardlethan, which rose ten feet in two hours, receded to-day leaving behind banks of silt in many homes. The wheat stores escaped damage.
