DISTURBED PROVINCES SITUATION MORE SERIOUS DELHI, March 20. Communal rioting in the united provinces has assumed serious proportions. Eleven were killed and two injured near Mirzapore. The trouble started when a Moslem sent a dead calf to a Hindu, upon which Hindus, armed with guns and spears, raided several Moslem Louses dragged the people out and killed them, and set fire to the houses.

The city of Agra is in a panic. Students of Saint John's Jollege were attacked by butchers with carving knives. Guerilla warfare has developed between tho different factions and has necessitated police interference.
