NEW ZEALAND PRODUCE A BETTER DEMAND AUCKLAND, This Day. According to Mr. L. V. Moses, of Auckland, who returned by the Maunganui this week, after an extended tour abroad, excellent results are accruing in Britain from the publicity given to New Zealand primary products. The entire publicity work was most effective, Mr. Moses said, and even in small villages shops carried advertisements for New Zealand lamb, butter, apples and honey. “Throughout England and Scotland New Zealand produce is far better advertised than that of any other country,” Mr. Moses said. “Often, while preparing for roadside lunches during trips by motor-cars, we would ask at stores for New Zealand butter. Not once did we find a shop which was unable to supply us.”
