ADELAIDE, This Day. Preference to members of the Watersiders’ Federation operated at Port Adelaide yesterday, the employment of volunteers being restricted. Referring to Australian preference for unionist watersiders, the shipowners regret the High Court’s deci-. sion but say they must obey the law.
