MAN PLEADS GUILTY.
(BLENHEIM, This Day
William Rhodes Ling, 55, pleaded guilty to nine charges of forging endorsements to cheques and was committed for sentence to the Supreme Court at Wellington. Accused, in company with a brother. uttered t'lw cheques to a Blenheim tradesman and hotelkeepers. Tho brother was recently sentenced for forgery of the name of G. F. Watts, a local station owner, to cheQues.
