INCIDENT IN BARCELONA. Press Association —Copyright. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 14. I’he British United Press correspondent at Barcelona, reports an Ugly incident at the University. Four hundred students, in the quadrangle, after listening to an inflammatory anti-monarchist. speech, broke down the main door and destroyed the furniture ah'd paintings. They carried out King Alfonso’s portrait in oils and burned it in the street. The police placed a cordon round the area, and the rector ha s closed the University indefinitely.
