ffltAjS! FROM TAK9ABJLKAU. IDLE AXD DISORDERLY A3D OBSCENE LANGUAGE CHARGES. Thomas Fredrick Perry, alias Thomas James, was charged at the Police Court this afternoon, before Messrs G-. E. Wilson and W. L. Kennedy, J's.P., with being an idle and disorderly person, in that he had no lawful mean s of support. He was also charged with using obscene language in a railway carriage at Tahora. Accused pleaded not guilty to the first charge and guilty to the second. S%rgt. Power prosecuted. Accused was convicted on the first charge and sentenced to a month's hard labour. He was given two months' hard labour on the second charge, the sentences to be concurrent.
