LINER IN TROUBLE
ENGINE BREAKC'JWN TOSSED BY HEAVY SEAS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. When just off Sydney Heads last night the Australian-Italian liner, Caprera developed engine trouble. The vessel was in the grip of. heavy seas, and anchors were dropped. For four hours the pilot steamer aid two tugs stood by, but eventually repairs were effected and the vtfsel entered the Heads.—Australian Press Assn.
