The Macarthy Trust. The Macarthy Trust, the Board or Governors of which held their annual meeting at Welilngton yesterday, arises from the will of the late Mr. Thomas G. Macarthy, who died in 1912. Tiie final balance of the whole estate for duty purposes was £389,659. The present-day value of the estate is £-501,728, hut only one-half of the income of the residuary estate is distributed to charities.
