NEW BUTTER FACTORY

A meeting of suppliers of, the Stratford Dairy Factory Co. was held in the Town Hall this afternoon, when the directors explained to the suppliers the proposals approved hy them for the building of a new butter factory, made necessary by the fire a little time ago. Plans of the new building were on view, anff revealed an up-tio-date structure suitable for handling large supplies of milk and cream in the most convenient and efficient manner. It was explained that the factory would be competent to deal with the whole of the in-take of the Stratford company on the basis of total butter manufacture, if such should be decided upon at any time by different districts. Qiiestions were asked and satisfactorily answered, and approval of the proposals was general.
