The will makes many provisions for the payment of annuities to old friends and employees, and also bequests of substantial sums to some two dozen employees, and a bequest of a year's wages, in addition, to every employee who has been in the service of the deceasd for five years and upwards. There is further provision for all the children of employees residing in and upon the Maraekakaho station, who were Worn upon that station' Provision is made for the members of deceased's family and the residue goes to deceased's child-
