Kitchlng. appeared in the Snprenm Court’ this afternoon ami pleaded guilty to being armed on November 27 last with an offensive weapon with intent to rob the occupants ot car wbi!h they held up in the early hours' ot the morning. Pleas 01 not guilty were entered tb several other charges involving aleged robbery and assault, and these were withdrawn. Counsel ioUKltcmg said a representative of, accused’s family was riving from Melbourne on Monday and he would HUP sentence deferre ! till then. f Both accused were remanded f sentence till Wednesday, February 13.
