MANAWATU TOURNAMENT, PALMERSTON N., Last Night). The Manawatu tenuig tournament was continued to-day, when certain of the championship finals were decided as follows: Men’s singles.—C. Malfroy (Wellington) heat Rhodes-Williams (Wellington), G—4, C—2. Ladies’ singles.— Miss D. Nicholls (Wellington) beat Mrs Adam s (Wellington) 3—G, 7 —5, G 3. Men’s doubles. —Griffiths (Auckland) and Rhodes-Williams (Wellington) beat Charters (Whangarel) and A C. Stedman (Auckland) H 9. o—3. Ladies’ doubles. —Mrs Adams (Wellington) and Miss Myer s (Wanganui) beat Mrs Napier (Auckland) and Miss Ramsay (Auckland) 6 2, 6—2.
