The manager of the Springbok team' iihs raised a doubt about the legality of the New Zealand loose head,forward in the scrum, lie has decided to place the rufes More the South African / Rughy Board and to ask for a, ' ruling. The New Zealanders are confident that no objection can be made to playing a loose head in the front row as was done In the second test. They propose to pack the same scrnni again.
