Kidson) telegraphed the following forecast for the 24 hours from. 9 a.m. to-day :—< The indications are for: Southerly winds moderate to strong. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled and showery, with hail possible. The weather will become colder. Barometer rising. "
