ALLEGED BURGLARY. FUR COATS AND CLOTHING, Auckland, April 7. A remand until next Wednesday was requested by Chief Detective Cummings when Robert Heaton Munro. aged 29. appeared in the Police Court to-day on a charge of breaking and entering Schneideinan Brothers’ shop on March 29, and stealing five fur coats and women’s clothing valued at £271. Mr Singer applied for I nil.

Detective Cummings: “Accused is the man associated with Mike Flynn. He should report frequently if admitted to bail.” A remand was granted until next Wednesday, bail being allowed at £SOO on condition that the accused reports to the police twice daily.
