Evidence for the pro-e-ution alleged that two .little girls ..were goim.; home from school and ivere persuaded 'to enter the Park on accused's promising *o show them a 'poiiy, and that the offence followed. Accused had nothfing to say, and counsel, on his behalf, pleaded "not guilty.',' Accused was committed ior trial at the Supreme Court, bail being allowed as before.
