Summer weather continues, the week having been beautifully fine ami warm. To-day’s forecast.—The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but northerly moderate to strong prevailing, then freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions. with increasing haze and cloudiness for change. The barometer has a falling tendency*.—D. C. Bates, Wellington. Early this afternoon it was reported that all but thirty dress circle seats bad been reserved for the perforrtiance of '"The Messiah” on Friday next. The whole of the stalls, of course, are still open for reservation.
