MOTOR TRAFFIC CONTROL.
Sergeant Dale, of the local policd force, has made special arrangements for the control of motor-traffic in.' Stratford to-morrow in connection,' with the races, and the public and motorists cannot too carefully study! the following: It is intended that) all cars carrying passengers to the course must leave the licensed standi in Broadway, and the public mustj not get into them about the streets but on the stand. All cars will re-i turn from the course via Cordelia; street and Feuton street to the stand in Broadway. Arrangements have been made for protection at the rails way crossings. No cars plying for hire will be allowed on the racecourses after 12 o’clock, a stand ror themi having been made at the gate. All cars! for hire must show the words “Fori Hire” on the wind shield. Private! cars about town must to-morrow drawl up as close as possible to the gutter on the opposite side of the street fromi the licensed motor stand.
