COURT MARTIAL
The proceedings of the District Court Martial hold at Trentham camp on December 19th on the undermentioned soldiers have been confirmed by the. Camp Commandant:— Lrnce-Corporal P. L. Lynch, Details, was found guilty of deserting His Majesty's Service, when on active srrvice, and losing by neglect his equipment, dothing and regimental necessaries, and was sentenced to 112 days' imprisonment with hard labour. Private D. Lynch, Details, was found guilty of deserting His Majesty's Service and was sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour for six months. Private A. H. Mitchell, Details, was found guilty of deserting His Majesty's Service, and was sentenced to 90 days' detention. Private S. Robinson, Details, was found guilty of deserting His Majesty's Service and was sentenced to 112 days' detention. Private C. L. C. Childs, Details, was found guilty of deserting His Majesty's Service and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labour.
