LONDON WOOL. SALES. United Press Association. . (Received 12.5 p.m.) ' London, November "15.. At the wool sales prices were unchanged with better competition, for, best sorts. There have" been' heavy withdrawals for wasty and faulty lots. Following' prices < * were realised for L fleece portions - : Kapotone clip; top,, 25|d; average 23£d. Some nineteen thousand bales were submitted at the second wool sale of the to-day, to a full board of buyers. • As generally expected prices are following the decline in evidence at Wellington, arid showed a decided drop, especially for finer crossbreds, which are'lower, by IJd:to 2d on the November sales. Coarse crossbreds held their.own fairly well, arid prices are nearly on a par with the November rates. On,the earlier catalogues the difference in prices is as follows : Best halfbreds IJd decline, fine crossbreds If to 2d, second quality and coarse crossbred, par, inferior crossbred one-halfpenny rise.
