The military correspondent of the Berliner Tageblatt writes that the victory at Lodz was dearly bought but is: decisive. The Russian centre is broken. Her war plans have failed. If the Germans.are strong enough to sep. arate the northern and southern Russian armies, which is- -probable. Von Hindenburg's plans will be crowned witli success l .

ENDLESS LINES OF TRAINS.
United Press Association. (Received 9.5 a.m.) Copenhagen, December 10. Endless lines of trains aTe passing through Warsaw westwards, containing fresh Russian troops, mostly Siberians and Cossacks. Warsaw shelters seventy thousand refugees. There has been fearful devastation in Poland.
