OUTBREAK UNDER CONTROL BUT VESSEL BEACHED. {By Eliotbio Tilegbaph—Cofybight ' United Press Association. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Melbourne, November 9. The Norfolk was beached twenty miles west of Cunninghame. The latest message states that the fire was under control, and that it was anticipated the vessel would be, refloated today, The Norfolk left Melbourne on Saturday morning en route for Sydney with a large general cargo. The fire broke out in No. 2 hold. The amount of the damage is not stated.
